    Ingredients

    • Salted Butter. Since this is quite a sweet recipe I love using salted butter, but if you want to use unsalted butter I would just toss in a pinch of salt.
    • Mini Marshmallows. I used a bag a 10oz bag of regular marshmallows to melt down and then mini marshmallows for the filling and topping. You could use miniature marshmallows for the sauce too though!
    • Vanilla Extract. I love the subtle warmth you get from vanilla that pairs beautifully with marshmallows and chocolate.
    • Golden Grahams Cereal. The star of the show these little graham cracker bites are nice and crunchy!
    • Good Quality Chocolate. Trust me when I say the quality of the chocolate makes a difference. You can use chocolate chips or chunks, I use Callebaut Chocolate Callets. Milk chocolate is traditional for S'mores but you can use dark or semi-sweet if you prefer!

Once the golden grahams are mostly covered stir in 5 ounces of marshmallows, so you are leaving just a handful to decorate the top.

You want the mini marshmallows, to sort of melt in, but also keep their shape.
