Welcome to my sweet corner on the internet. I am Elizabeth Waterson.

With 15 years in the restaurant industry, I worked every postion as a hostess, busboy, waitress, bartender, line cook, prep cook, supervisor, and lastly as the General Manager. As Food Safety ServSafe Manager, I spent countless hours in the kitchen working with chefs to develop menu items customers would love. As well as, training chefs to be accurate and consistent in the products they were preparing.
Baking is a true passion of mine which has led me to something else I am passionate about, teaching baking to people all over the world.
Our goal with CBQ is to share my knowledge and experience with you, so anyone can make a delicious, fancy dessert at home. We provide in-depth step-by-step tutorials with each recipe to give you the confidence to bake something for the first time.
On this food blog you will find delicious recipes, some very beginner and others more advanced to help you grow on your baking journey. Learn more about Confessions of a Baking Queen here.
