- 240 grams (1 1/2 Cups) Good Quality Chocolate, chips will work
- 2.4oz (1/3 Cup) Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Mini Marshmallows
- Graham Crackers, Biscoff Cookies, and Strawberries for dipping
Instructions
- In a 9-inch cast iron skillet add the chocolate, heavy cream, and butter. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently to create the ganache. Take off of the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Add the mini marshmallows on top in an even layer then turn the oven on to broil on low. Place the skillet underneath the broiler and let it toast the marshmallows, this will happen quickly so don't walk away and check the broiler after a minute to gauge how quickly yours will brown.
- Serve with graham crackers, Biscoff biscuits, and strawberries.
