Cake Batter Cookie Ice Cream

Homemade no churn ice cream is made quickly with a few ingredients but does not lack on creamy, delicious flavor! Cake Batter Cookie Ice Cream is made with a handful's worth of ingredients, yellow cake mix, sprinkles, golden Oreos, sweetened condensed milk and heavy whipping cream. This extra sweet, fun, sprinkley ice cream is such a treat!

Units Scale
  • 16oz (2 cups) Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1- 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup dry yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles
  • 10 Golden Oreo's, broken into pieces


  1. In the bowl of an electric mixer whisk the heavy cream on high until stiff peaks form.
  2. Meanwhile in a bowl combine condensed milk, cake mix, sprinkles and golden Oreos.
  3. Fold the condensed milk mixture into the heavy whipping cream.
  4. Pour into a sealable container and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
