Step 1

In a large saucepan over low to medium heat melt the butter. Once fully melted mix in 10 ounces of marshmallows and mix until the marshmallows have completely melted and you have a sauce.

Take the pot off of the heat and mix in vanilla extract until fully combined, and then mix in the golden graham cereal.

Once the golden grahams are mostly covered stir in 5 ounces of marshmallows, so you are leaving just a handful to decorate the top.

Now quickly mix in the chocolate, you want some of it to melt but some of it to stay whole then press into a 9 x 13 pan lined with parchment paper.

Once in an even layer stick on some mini marshmallows and chocolate chips for decoration.

Allow the s'mores treats to set up for a few hours, then slice and enjoy. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to five days.
