In a 9-inch cast iron skillet add the chocolate, heavy cream, and butter.

Cook over low heat, stirring frequently to create the ganache.

Add the mini marshmallows on top in an even layer then turn the oven on to broil on low. Place the skillet underneath the broiler and let it toast the marshmallows
