Lemon Zucchini Cake

In a medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl mix together the  lemon zest and the sugar.

Mix in the oil till completely incorporated and then add the eggs one at a time till the batter is completely mixed.

Next you are going to want to add in the zucchini and lemon zest so it is distributed evenly.

Slowly fold in the flour mixture till there are no flour streaks in the batter.

Pour the batter into the pan. Bake for 43-45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

In a small bowl add the powdered sugar, lemon zest, heavy cream, and lemon juice. Spread on top of the cooled cake.
