In a medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl mix together the  lemon zest and the sugar.

Mix in the oil till completely incorporated and then add the eggs one at a time till the batter is completely mixed.

Next you are going to want to add in the zucchini and lemon zest so it is distributed evenly.

Slowly fold in the flour mixture till there are no flour streaks in the batter.
