- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, Softened
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 Teaspoon of Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Mini Chocolate chips
- 10 Oreos, crushed
- 2- Extra Large Hershey's Cookies and Cream Candy Bar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C and line an 8" X 8" baking pan with foil and lightly grease it with non-stick cooking spray.
- In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment cream together the butter and granulated and brown sugar. Add egg and vanilla and mix until fully combined.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined. Stir in the crushed Oreo's and chocolate chips.
- Press just under half of the dough into the prepared pan then line with two large cookies and cream candy bars. Add the remaining cookie dough and press into an even layer.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown around the edges. Let cool completely before slicing into bars and store leftovers in an air-tight container for up to 5 days.
