Cream cheese, heavy cream, and caramel sauce are whipped into a frenzy and topped with more caramel sauce and toffee bits in this quick, easy, crowd-friendly caramel apple dip.

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 1.5 Cups 1x

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 8oz Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 2 Tablespoons Confectioner’s Sugar
  • 2oz (1/4 Cup) Thick Caramel Sauce
  • 2oz (1/4 Cup) Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1oz (2 Tablespoons) Caramel Sauce, for topping
  • 3 Tablespoons Toffee Bits

Instructions

  1. In the bowl of an electric mixer with a whisk attachment whisk the cream cheese, and confectioner's sugar until light and fluffy, make sure to scrape the sides of the bowl.
  2. Add in the caramel sauce and mix until just combined. While the mixer is still on medium-high speed very slowly pour/stream in the heavy cream. Whip for another couple of minutes after the cream has been added until you get a thick whipped cream texture, but be careful to not over-mix.
  3. Pour into a low-profile serving bowl and spread into an even layer. Drizzle the caramel sauce on top and sprinkle toffee bits on top. Serve with fresh apple slices, I like a combination of Granny Smith Apples and Honeycrisp Apples. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to two days.
