Scale
- 8oz Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
- 2 Tablespoons Confectioner’s Sugar
- 2oz (1/4 Cup) Thick Caramel Sauce
- 2oz (1/4 Cup) Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1oz (2 Tablespoons) Caramel Sauce, for topping
- 3 Tablespoons Toffee Bits
Instructions
- In the bowl of an electric mixer with a whisk attachment whisk the cream cheese, and confectioner's sugar until light and fluffy, make sure to scrape the sides of the bowl.
- Add in the caramel sauce and mix until just combined. While the mixer is still on medium-high speed very slowly pour/stream in the heavy cream. Whip for another couple of minutes after the cream has been added until you get a thick whipped cream texture, but be careful to not over-mix.Â
- Pour into a low-profile serving bowl and spread into an even layer. Drizzle the caramel sauce on top and sprinkle toffee bits on top. Serve with fresh apple slices, I like a combination of Granny Smith Apples and Honeycrisp Apples. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to two days.
