Peanut Butter Cheesecake

In a food processor, crush the Oreos until they become a fine crumb. You don't want any large chunks. Then pour in the melted butter.

Make the Crust

Mix a few more times and add butter, you want a wet sand texture. Press the crust into the bottom and slightly up the sides of prepared pan.

Bake the Crust

In the bowl of an electric mixer beat the cream cheese for 3 minutes on medium speed. Then add the sugar and beat again.

Beat the Cream Cheese

Add the peanut butter, heavy cream, sour cream, and vanilla extract- mixing until fully combined.

Add in eggs one at a time. You should have a creamy batter with no lumps.

Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes, the middle 2 inches of the cheesecake should jiggle just a little bit.

In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat warm the heavy cream. In a bowl add the chocolate, after the cream is warmed pour on top of the chocolate.

Make the Ganache

Pour chocolate ganache on top and pipe whipped cream around the edge, sprinkle crushed peanuts on top
