Mix Browned Butter and Sugars
Pour browned butter into a large heatproof bowl and add sugar, mix together.
Add eggs, one at a time, then the vanilla in with the last egg.

Mix in sour cream until fully combined. Make sure everything is evenly combined.

In a small bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
Mix Dry Ingredients
Slowly fold in the flour mixture till there are no flour streaks in the batter.
Add Dry Mixture to Wet
Add diced peaches. Gently fold together, do not over mix.
Bake for 23-28 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with no wet batter, moist crumbs are okay. Let cool on a wire rack.
Pour on top of the cooled peach cake use an angled spatula to gently spread the frosting into an even layer.
