Nutella Cheesecake

In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment beat the cream cheese for 2 minutes on medium speed.

Make the filling

Step 1

Reduce speed to low and add in Nutella and mix to combine.

Add granulated sugar and beat for another 2 minutes.

Add the Sugar

Add in cocoa powder, heavy cream, sour cream, vanilla extract- mixing until fully combined.

Add in eggs one at a time, but do not over mix, make sure you keep it all on low speed.

Pour into the prepared pan and make a water bath. Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes, the middle 3 inches of the cheesecake should jiggle just a little bit.

Cool cheesecake then chill for at least 8 hours in the fridge then gently remove from pan.

Chill the Cheesecake

Step 7

Drizzle with Nutella, add chopped hazelnuts and pipe on some whipped cream, and add some raspberries.
