In a large bowl beat the heavy cream and confectioner sugar until medium to stiff peaks form.

Make the Whipped Cream

Step 1

Once the cream is properly whipped fold in the softened mascarpone cheese.

Mix for 5 min

Step 2

Store in an airtight container for up to three days in the refrigerator.

Refrigerate
