Golden Oreo Cake Batter Ice Cream Pie

Step 1

Crush Oreos in a food processor until a fine crumb is formed. In a medium bowl combine crushed Oreos and butter until fully combined.

Press mixture into a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate, making sure to make an even layer that goes high up on the sides of the pie plate.

Add to Pie Dish

Meanwhile in a bowl combine condensed milk, cake mix, and sprinkles.

Next mix Sprinkles and Condensed Milk

Step 3

Add half of the condensed milk mixture to the whipped cream, gently folding it in, be careful not to mix too aggressively or you will knock the air out.

Mix the Cream and Milk Mixture

Step 4

Add the remaining condensed milk mixture then gently fold in the crushed Oreos.

Combine

Step 5

Pour into the prepared pie crust. I use an angled spatula to spread it into an even lyaer.

Pour into Pie Pan

Step 6

Sprinkle the sprinkles on top, cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Add the Sprinkles and Freeze
