In a small saucepan brown the butter, cook it over low-medium heat for a few minutes stirring frequently.

Brown the Butter 

In a large mixing bowl add the bananas and use a potato masher or fork to mash bananas

Mash the Bananas

Pour the mashed bananas to the warm brown butter and add the sour cream. Let it all sit for a couple of minutes then mix to combine.

Add the sugars, eggs and vanilla extract and whisk to fully combine.

Gently fold in the flour, baking soda, and salt to the wet ingredients. Stir dry ingredients just to combine.
