In a medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a small bowl or liquid measuring cup mix together the sour cream and lemon juice, set aside.

Combine sugar, butter, and oil for 3-4 minutes. The mixture should be very thick and fluffy.
