In a large bowl mix together the butter and sugars. Then add the eggs and vanilla extract.
Mix Sugars and wet Ingredients
Once it's all fully combined add bananas and use a potato masher to mash them. Mix until the banans are evenly distributed.
Whisk together the almond flour, salt, and baking soda.
Mix dry ingredients
Gently fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
Fold in Dry Ingredients
Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 48-53 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
