Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bread

Step 1

In a large bowl mix together the sugars, oil, egg, vanilla extract, and pumpkin puree.

Combine Wet Ingredients

Add the dry ingredients into a small bowl and then mix and add them to the wet mmixture.

Step 2

Make sure your consistency looks like the photo above.

Don't overmix

Step 3

Whisk together Cream Cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla extract.

Step 4

Once the cream cheese mixture is combine add an egg in and make sure it is fully combines.

Add Egg

Step 5

First add the pumpkin mixture and then the cream cheese, you want to layer this and have the cream cheese peaking out.

Add to baking tin

Step 6

Bake for 5o minutes!

Bake!
