Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies

Step 1

In a medium bowl mix together the rolled oats, quick oats, all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and cornstarch.

Mix Dry Ingredients 

Step 2

In a large bowl mix together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.Once combined add the egg and vanilla extract.

Mix the Wet Ingredients 

Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.


Step 3

Gently fold the cranberries into the batter.

Add the Cranberries

Step 4

Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or up to 3 days. Once the dough is chilled scoop and bake!
