Monster Cookies

Step 1

In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment or a large bowl with a handheld mixer combine butter and sugars.

Mix the Butter and Sugars

Scrape down the sides of the bowl then add the peanut butter, mix for an additional one to two minutes.

Stir in vanilla and the egg and egg yolk, making sure to mix until fully combined.

Add Eggs and Vanilla

In a medium-sized bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cornstarch.

Mix the Dry Ingredients

Step 3

Add dry ingredients, M&Ms, and chocolate chips to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

Mix together

Step 4

Use a cookie scoop and place on baking sheet two inches apart. Bake for 8-11 minutes.
