Kitchen Sink Cookies

Step 1

In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment or a large bowl with a handheld mixer combine butter and sugars.

Mix the Butter and Sugars

Step 2

Stir in vanilla and the egg and egg yolk, making sure to mix until fully combined.

Add Eggs and Vanilla

In a medium-sized bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cornstarch.

Mix the Dry Ingredients

Step 3

Gently fold in dry ingredients

Mix together

Step 4

Then stir in the pretzels, potato chips, heath bits, and chocolate chips, mix until just combined

Add the toppings

Step 5

I use a medium cookie dough scoop to scoop a heaping 1.5 tablespoon size cookies.

Scoop and Bake
