Salted Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

Step 1

Beat the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.

In a large bowl sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cornstarch.

Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet, then fold in the best part- chocolate chunks.

Preheat the oven to 350F and place cookies on a Silpat lined sheet. Scoop and sprinkle with sea salt.
