Cosmic Brownies

Step 1

In a large pot add the water, butter, sugar, corn syrup, and cocoa powder. Cook until it is all combined together.

Cook the first few ingredients

Once cooled add the oil, vanilla, egg, and egg yolk.

Add Eggs and Oil

Add the baking soda, salt, cornstarch and mix to combine. Gently add the flour and chocolate chips by using a spatula to fold in until just combined.

Add Dry Ingredients

Pour into prepared pan and bake 14-18 minutes. Don't overbake the brownies.

Bake

Step 4

Heat the Cream, then mix with butter and chocolate. Mix until silky smooth.

Make the Ganache

Step 5

Pour over cooled brownies and use an offset spatula to gently create and even layer of frosting.

Add the Ganache

Step 6

Sprinkle on raimbow chips.

Add the Sprinkles
