Cookie Baking Tips

1 - Read the whole recipe before beginning and use the right ingredients.

2 - Room temperature ingredients emulsify into other ingredients much more smoothly and successfully

3 - Be careful when you mix, you don't want to make these too airy or tough by mixing too much.

4 - Use a Cookie Scoop, these make for more even cookies!

5 -  When it says to Chill the Dough! This is crucial for the cookie dough to firm up and less likely to spread too much while baking.

6 - Baking the cookies, make sure your oven is preheated properly!

7 - Bake one tray at a time to ensure even baked cookies

8 - Cool the cookies

9 - Shape the cookies after baking

10 - Storing the Cookies, always store in an airtight container.
