Baileys Truffles

Step 1

Add chocolate, cream, and butter to a large bowl over a pot of simmering water.

Melt Chocolate

Let sit for a few minutes without touching. Remove from heat and whisk until fully combined. Let sit for 15 minutes to cool off.

Whisk 

Step 2

Stir in Bailey's to the chocolate mixture and whisk until incorporated.

Add Eggs and Vanilla

Step 3

Chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Once set, use a small cookie scoop to scoop the truffle mixture.

Mix Dry Ingredients 

Step 4

Once all scooped roll truffles into balls and roll in cocoa powder or melted chocolate.

Add Cocoa Powder

Step 5

Store in an air-tight container in a cool environment, I prefer the refrigerator.
