Description

Deliciously moist Strawberry Cupcakes are made with a doctored up cake mix. Topped with a dreamy white chocolate cream cheese frosting. This semi-homemade recipe for Strawberry Cupcakes w/ White Chocolate Cream Cheese Butter Cream is absolutely perfect for your next party!

Ingredients

Cupcakes:
1 box of Strawberry Cake Mix (18.25oz Size)
1 small box of Instant Strawberry Pudding
4 Eggs
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Cup Canola Oil
1 TSP Pure Vanilla Extract
Frosting:
8oz Cream Cheese (at room temp.)
1/4 Cup Unsalted Butter (at room temp.)
1/2 Cup White Chocolate (melted)
1 TSP Pure Vanilla Extract
3-4 Cup Powdered Sugar

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350F/180C and line your cupcake pan with liners
2. In the bowl of an electric mixer combine all ingredients. It will be very thick.
3. Pour evenly into cupcake liners. Bake for around 25-30 minutes. The toothpick test always helps! 🙂
4. Let cool completely
5. In the bowl of an electric mixer combine the butter and cream cheese. Cream until well combined. Add the melted white chocolate and vanilla. Slowly add powdered sugar until desired consistency is reached.
6. Frost cupcakes. ENJOY!!!
